With over 25 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to supporting and enhancing educational outcomes for students. Cindy’s extensive background includes roles as a special education teacher and assistant principal where she demonstrated her commitment to inclusive education and effective leadership. She also has worked with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction further solidifying her expertise in educational administration and policy. Additionally, Cindy is a Reading Research to Classroom Practice instructor and is one of 62 dyslexia delegates for the state of North Carolina further showcasing her dedication to advancing literacy education.
