This session is designed to strengthen principals’ and assistant principals’ ability to use evaluation systems as tools for delivering timely, clear, and actionable feedback that improves performance across all roles in a school. Evaluation processes should do more than document performance. They should support meaningful conversations that build clarity, strengthen practice, and drive continuous growth. This session will focus on helping leaders leverage evaluation systems to provide feedback that is specific, relevant, and immediately usable, whether working with teachers or non-instructional staff.
