About me
I currently serve as Senior Administrator for Performance Management with Wake County Public School System. In this role, I support district evaluation processes, NCEES implementation, evaluator training, and data analysis to help schools use evaluation as a tool for professional growth and continuous improvement. Prior to joining central services, I served as an elementary principal, high school assistant principal, high school teacher, middle school teacher, and instructional leader. Those experiences continue to shape my belief that timely, actionable feedback is one of the most powerful tools we have for developing educators and improving student outcomes. I am excited to spend time learning with you today and explore practical strategies and resources that can support your work as evaluators and instructional leaders.
