WCPSS 2026 Summer Leadership Conference

With 20 years of professional experience in education, DeJuana Richardson serves as a PLC Coordinating Teacher in the Office of Professional Learning at Wake County Public Schools. She is a two-time graduate of Fayetteville State University, where she earned degrees in Elementary Education and Reading Education (K–12). Her career began in the elementary classroom and progressed through roles as an interventionist and instructional coach. In her current role, she supports schools in developing effective professional learning communities that strengthen instructional practice and promote continuous professional growth across the district.
