About me
Dr. Trina Clinkscales is a dedicated School Counselor at Alston Ridge Elementary School, bringing 25 years of experience as an elementary educator and counselor to the Wake County Public School system. Throughout her career, she has served students and families in Greenville, Gwinnett, and Fairfax County Public Schools. Dr. Clinkscales holds a Ph.D. and Ed.S. in School Counseling from the University of Georgia, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Gardner-Webb University. Passionate about removing barriers to student success, she is proud to be serving her first year with the Wake County community.
